Sinto Llobera is an International Food & Beverage Consultant based in Asia, with strong background in Entertainment and Thematic Food & Beverage, especially with international standardize brands as Hard Rock International or Melia Hotels.
Born in the Spanish tourism cradle, Mallorca, he was 14th when started to serve cocktails and play DJ at his dad’s Hotel located in a popular Scandinavian tourist area.
Sinto, a born entrepreneur, jumped from his Psychology university to the tourism industry towards travel agencies and when he was 24th years old organized his First Blues festival. Music & Entertainment is his passion and after 8 years in media world and Marketing agencies he opened his own event and marketing company working as event organizer and top class sport events MC.
Is there when, always from a customer perception, he realized the lack of entertainment and customer service at current Hospitality Industry and decided to move his knowledge and efforts to that area. After managing some small restaurants and Pubs with life music he join Hard Rock Cafe Mallorca.
In 2012 Sinto had Sales & Marketing work award from Hard Rock International in Atlanta and have been part during the last 5 years at of Top of the Rock awards in Mallorca and Seoul Hard Rock Cafe units.
Passionate, loyal to professional standards and with a big analyst mindset, Sinto worked lately in many Hard Rock Cafe NSO’s around the globe. In Spain always related to tourist areas and with especial knowledge of Ibiza beach clubs and trendy clubbing’s, Johannesburg, Almaty, South Korea, Laos, Mongolia, Thailand and Myanmar complete these diverse countries and cultures that gives to Sinto an easy and quick understanding of what’s going on whenever he is.
